Cynthia V. Roehl, Attorney at Law

Cynthia V. Roehl is the owner of Roehl Law Group, P.C. She has practiced in the following areas since 1997: estate planning; probate, trust and conservatorship administration; and probate, trust and conservatorship litigation.

Ms. Roehl has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated cum laude and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Katherine F. Biadasz Khamis, Attorney at Law

Katherine F. Biadasz Khamis is an associate attorney at Roehl Law Group, P.C. She has worked in the following areas since 2016: estate planning; probate, trust and conservatorship administration; and probate, trust and conservatorship litigation. Ms. Khamis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Southern Methodist University, and a J.D. from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law.

Prior to working as an associate attorney, Ms. Khamis worked as a law clerk in probate for two years, and worked in Chapman University’s Alona Cortese Elder Law Center.

    Meressa Rahman is a paralegal at Roehl Law Group, P.C. Ms. Rahman graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2022, with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. Ms. Rahman is presently working towards obtaining her paralegal certificate from University of California, Irvine.
